Summary.

Barack Obama

On 20 January Barack Obama became America's 44th President.
He is a nation's first black President.

Barack Obama is of mixed race. His father was black economist from Kenya. His mother was a white anthropologist from Hawaii.
Obama lived in Hawaii with his grandparents.

Hard work and ambition

Obama was always hard-working and ambitious. He worked as a civil rights lawyer, a professor at law school and a State Senator of Illinois.

A family man

Obama and his wife Michelle have two girls: Malia, age 10, and Sasha, age 7.
They used to live in Chicago, Illinois. Now they live in White House.

A difficult job

There are a many economic problems in the USA and the world today.
Finding a solution will be difficult for the new President, but Obama works and fights for this
problem and to look for a solution.
